How Business of Barbering Institute handles the information you share with us.
Last updated: July 4, 2026
Business of Barbering Institute (“BBI,” “we,” or “us”) is a barber school located at 208 Legends Lane, Suite 125, Lexington, KY 40505. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you use the contact form or request a tour, we collect the details you submit: your name, email address, phone number, your message or notes, what you are asking about, how you prefer to be reached, and your requested tour date and time. Providing this information is voluntary, and we only ask for what we need to respond to you.
Please do not submit sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, financial account details, or health information) through the website forms.
We use your submitted information to answer your questions, schedule and confirm campus tours, discuss enrollment and our programs, and follow up on your interest in the school. We do not sell your information.
Form submissions are stored in a private content database (Sanity) accessible only to BBI staff, and a copy is delivered to the school by email (via Resend). The website is hosted on Vercel, whose servers keep standard technical logs — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — used for security and to keep the site running.
This website may use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand whether school advertisements lead to contact, tour, enrollment, or phone actions on our site. Google may use cookies or similar technologies for that measurement. We may also enable privacy-friendly analytics to count visits without tracking you across sites.
Enrollment applications are handled through a Google Form, which requires signing in to a Google account and is governed by Google’s privacy policy. The site also links out to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube and to map services for directions. Once you leave this site, those services’ own privacy policies apply.
We keep contact messages and tour requests for as long as they are useful for admissions communication, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your submitted information at any time.
You may contact us to review, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to ask us to stop contacting you. Reach us by phone at (859) 271-0179 or by email at bbinstitute22@gmail.com.
If we change how the website handles your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
